Last month the Class of 2019 arrived on campus to begin their two year experience at Wharton. Things kicked off with Pre-Term – a month-long period of events to orient new students to life at Wharton (and being back in the classroom), the multitude of opportunities and resources available to them, and their new city – Philadelphia. The fundamental core of Pre-Term is giving students an opportunity to get to know each other, create connections, and become involved and engaged in the Wharton community. They participated in sports activities, organized group dinners all over Philadelphia, attended and gave lectures, had a dance-off, and went on a two-day leadership retreat. I have loved every minute of getting to know these students!
Looking ahead, future MBA classes are already on the minds of the admissions team. We are hosting events around the world, and our campus visit program begins on September 18th. For those of you planning to apply to the MBA program this year, the Round 1 deadline is quickly approaching. Please see the application deadlines below.
