Walkability and proximity to friends’ apartments, incredible restaurants (personal favorites include Ambrosia and El Chingon), Rittenhouse Farmer’s Market, Schuylkill River Trail, the Barnes Foundation, Open Street Sundays, and too many others to count! I really love the sense of community here in Philadelphia.
