Directions to Campus
Plane
Philadelphia International Airport is approximately 20 minutes (depending on traffic) away from campus. There are several options for getting to campus from the airport:
Taxi from Airport
Tell the driver that you are heading to the Penn campus, 37th and Spruce Street. A metered taxicab costs about $25-$30 and the ride takes 20 minutes.
Airport Express Train
The SEPTA Airport Express Train leaves 9 minutes after every half hour, and will take you to either the University City Station or to 30th Street Station. The fare is $6.00 and the ride takes 18 minutes.
Train
The Amtrak 30th Street Station is conveniently located at 30th and Market Street, a brief cab ride or walk away from the Penn campus.

Tell the driver that you are heading to the Penn campus, 37th and Spruce Street. A metered taxicab costs about $6-$10 and the ride takes 10 minutes.
Walk from Train Station
Exit the train station on the 30th Street side. Head west on Market Street towards 30th Street. Turn left on Woodland Walk. Turn slight right onto Chestnut Street. Turn left to continue on Woodland Walk, continue through stairs. Vance Hall will be straight ahead, stairs to entrance on right of the building.
Parking
There is an hourly visitor parking lot across from Huntsman Hall at 38th and Walnut.
